At least half a dozen barrels of some
unknown substance have been discovered in Kasparow Bay.
Nobody knows how they got there, how long they’ve been
there, or what’s in them.
“It’s a total mystery what’s
in these barrels,” says Dominic Bernini who discovered
the barrels. “But whatever’s in them, the fish
sure seem to like it.”
As Bernini notes, overfishing has seriously
depleted fish stock in the Fenmore area. However, in the
area surrounding the barrels rainbow trout are reported
to be more plentiful than ever.
“I’ve been using that fishing
hole all year,” said Bernini. “It’s been
amazing since I discovered the barrels two months ago”.
Bernini only reported his finding a week ago.
A sample of the substance in the barrels
has been sent to a lab in Toronto for testing. PFC
