Sarah Braga Mystery Solved: Body Found

After an intense search by Paradise Falls Municipal Police, assisted by volunteer citizens, Sarah Braga was found dead, lying face down in a creek.

Murder is suspected.

Braga has been missing for several weeks, but the search was only implemented after the discovery of her blood-stained purse in the woods outside of town.

“It’s not unusual for Sarah to disappear for a while from time to time,” said Sergeant Valerie Hunter. “When we found her purse, we knew something was wrong. I only wish we’d known earlier, maybe things would’ve been different.”

It is unknown how long Braga was dead before being found. Her body has been sent to Toronto for an autopsy.

Detective Jeff Bradshaw from the Ontario Municipal Police in Orillia has been detached to assist the local constabulary with the investigation.
