Mysterious Hacker Breaks Into Mayor’s Mailing List

Visitors to the Paradise Falls’ website, who registered for Mayor Braga’s email list, received an unexpected bonus recently: a message from a mysterious character calling himself <Adam>.

<Adam> seems to have hacked into the Mayor’s mailing list and is sending out emails that he claims expose the ‘real’ Paradise Falls. In particular, he seems to have targeted Mayor Pete Braga.

<Adam>’s second message contained a web address that led to a hacked version of the Paradise Falls website. It featured a drastically altered portrait of the Mayor.

Mayor Braga is blaming the incidents on Fenmore teenagers with nothing better to do. His response was: “These clowns better have a good lawyer because their going to need one.”

The Mayor insists that this will not change his plans for the town’s website nor his mailing list. “I won’t let any pimply faced teenager with a computer stop me, I’m Pete Braga!”

Braga has assured his email subscribers that the mailing list remains safe and secure, urging them not to let the hacker keep them from “enjoying our correspondence.”
