Last issue, the Chronicle reported on
the sudden appearance of the Bernini properties on the market.
Just as suddenly, the Mansfield Properties “For Sale”
signs disappeared the next day.
“I cannot comment as to why the
Berninis may have chosen to remove their properties from
the market,” said realtor Stanley “the Admiral”
Mansfield. “You would have to ask them.”
When asked, Rose’s sister Yvonne
Bernini said, “we changed our minds. Is that a crime?”
