The Mayor's Office - my door is always open

The first thing you'll notice about my office is that my door is always open. That's because I'm not like one of those mega-city mayors who don't have time for their constituents. I'm just a simple guy who happens to have a great big office. But that office is your office. It’s where all the big decisions in Paradise Falls are made. So come on in. If you've got business for me, I've got a smile and a firm handshake for you.

Let’s move on

Hi there,

My daughter-in-law Sarah’s death was tragic news. What upsets me most of all though, is that private family business has so quickly turned into gossip. What the Braga family needs right now is sympathy, support and understanding, not trash talk.

Today is a new day so let’s move on. Paradise Falls is safer than ever and we’ve got the finest police force in Northern Ontario. To those who try and test our patience –whether it be in person or cyberspace—I’ve got only one message: play with the bull and be prepared to get the horns.

Back to the real issues: Nick and Jessica’s wedding and an early tourist season. We’ve got lots of things to celebrate and to that end I’ve commissioned a sculpture that captures the essence of our town. I’ve asked local artist Billy Hunter to create a work based on my own personal vision: a majestic duck!

Cheers,

Pete Braga
Mayor
Paradise Falls

P.S. All gestures of condolence for the Braga family can be sent directly to my office.
